Focus Group Events create events focussed on improving every aspect of corporate interaction with customers and employees, their key event being Customer Experience World, the pre-eminent event in the world for customer experience professionals.
With year on year attendance growth at their events, we have an impressive track record in attracting major brands and industry experts in delivering and supporting their landmark events.
As an existing user of the Adobe Business Catalyst online business system, we developed a brand new responsive website in BC, utilising all the modules including the CMS, e-commerce, email marketing and analytics. We also developed a number of 'Web apps' that allowed us to make quick updates such as adding speakers, sponsors and media partners as they were announced, rather than requiring a full web update.
Focus Group currently run three CEW events worldwide and all of these are managed within one website, each with it's own landing page and sub sections, online registration and segregated customers in the CRM system.
We proposed a number of online initiatives to the client which has resulted in a dramatic increase in web enquiries and conversions: Interactive web forms, Live Chat, Video, email marketing in the form of knowledge sharing and Visitor tracking.
The result of all this, is an unprecedented 1,000 enquiries a week via web forms, Live Chat and various other web site interactions, all captured by our Business Catalyst CRM.
