Formed in 1930, the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation's (IAAF) main function is to promote and secure the future of the independent automotive aftermarket to the benefit of their members and the sector.
The existing website had served the organisation well, but during 2015 we presented proposals to re-develop the site to become more usable for their members with a mobile friendly design and completely re-structured content.
Keen to make the website more effective, we were able to utilise the CRM facility in our Business Catalyst platform for the IAAF to allow different levels of secure log-in to multiple zones depending on member type.
Once the basic framework and page templates were designed, we collaborated with the client and their PR agency to populate the site, each having Admin access to various sections to allow a fast track completion.
In addition, we developed an online voting App that replaced a paper-based system and allowed members to vote for nominated Distributors and Suppliers, the winner of each category was then awarded at their annual dinner.
