We've just completed a brand new responsive website and online business system for Machinery World. Featuring web apps, CRM and auto-populating eshots.
With a brief from the client that they wanted their new site to leapfrog the competition as they had done some 15 years earlier with their first website, we proposed studio photography for a range of key machines to achieve a powerful home page followed by recommendations for improving their own day to day photography.
Once the initial page templates were created, we added sample content and trained the client to fully populate the site with new machine entries, image editing and SEO.
We have subsequently added new pages and categories such as 'Recently Sold' with the ability to add international flags via the CMS.
With an overall online brand update forming part of the project, we also needed to maintain the client's very high SEO ranking. By implementing a solid SEO strategy from the start and advising the client on how to apply this SEO methodology within the content management system, the new site has surpassed previous SEO performance ranking at number one or page one for all the client's chosen key phrases.
