We’ve just been awarded ISO 9001 accreditation. Not something you tend to find too often in the creative industry, but it’s a requirement for some of our larger clients that we can prove we meet this international quality standard.
With our long serving project management system in place, we were already 95% of the way before the process started according to our ISO assessors, so it’s been a fairly painless process to achieve a recognised quality standard.
We are delighted to have been awarded Recommended Agency status once again – an acclaimed industry standard after being rated one of the top design agencies in the country – by our clients.
The achievement follows extensive independent research, aimed to help marketing managers in selecting the best marketing agencies to work with.
The Recommended Agency Register (RAR) is a unique consultancy specialising in agency search and selection, matching the needs of businesses with their ideal marketing partners.
The research for the RAR was conducted earlier this year and consisted of three aspects – extensive client research, a formal information feed from creative industry publisher Carnyx Group and independent qualitative research with selected clients and agencies. Only those agencies achieving strong results from the research are included in the RAR.
A selection of our clients were asked to rate our performance across five criteria: account handling, creativity, value for money, strategic thinking and overall professionalism.
