Photography shoot for new client MTC

December 3rd, 2011

We’ve just completed a great photo shoot of a stunning new facility for client the Manufacturing Technology Centre.

The cutting edge Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) will support manufacturing businesses in their pursuit of world-class performance. The MTC has been developed in response to the Government’s manufacturing strategy, ‘Manufacturing: New Challenges, New Opportunities’, published in September 2008.

This Strategy sets out an ambitious new vision for a globally competitive manufacturing sector that leads the world in capturing higher value components of the global value chain, whilst consolidating areas of existing comparative advantage, including activities within high technology manufacturing.

The shoot is the first in a series of projects that we have been awarded including website redevelopment, literature production and exhibition materials.

Unipart oil re-branding

October 12th, 2011

A great project involving naming, branding and full marketing comms.

Unipart had an existing oil range that was being re-formulated and a brand overhaul was commissioned. Following an initial brief, we researched the market and held a branding workshop.

A name and subsequent naming strategy was required that could be applied across the different oil types (Mineral, Part Synthetic and Fully Synthetic) and in turn, one that would work for the different viscosities. The PRO naming convention was chosen and the design developed to sit with the Unipart brand using the three key colours and a customisation of the corporate Gill Sans font.

Solar power is imminent!

October 4th, 2011

The scaffolding is up, the cables are layed and tomorrow sees our shiny new 4KW solar panels go up on the roof here at HTDL HQ courtesy of Genius Energy.

The system comprises 20 ET Solar black panels each generating 1,900W to give us a total of 3.8KW. A great addition to our eco credentials, a decent saving on our energy bill, money in the bank from the feedback tariff, who wouldn’t?
